Our society is getting sicker and sicker. Diseases such as Parkinson's, dementia, cardiovascular diseases, cancer and autoimmune diseases are on the rise. But according to Dr. Michael Nehls, a renowned doctor and scientist, there is a relatively simple and effective solution to counteract these diseases: omega-3 fatty acids. Why are we getting sicker and sicker?

The biggest deficiencies in our modern diet

Many of us now know that we should eat healthily, get enough exercise and get enough sleep. Social contact is also essential to prevent mental illnesses such as depression and dementia. However, although we are aware of this, there are certain areas in which we have significant deficits. One key area is our diet - particularly our intake of omega-3 fatty acids.

Dr. Nehls has developed a formula that helps us to lead a healthy and long life. Why omega-3 is so important

Although many people believe they are eating a healthy diet, they are often lacking the right omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil is often recommended as a source, but there are two problems with this: Firstly, many fish oils contain too little DHA and EPA, and secondly, fish nowadays are often contaminated with pollutants such as heavy metals and microplastics. The better alternative is algae oil, which is rich in DHA and EPA and has none of the disadvantages of fish oil.

Dr. Nehls emphasizes that algae oil is a revolutionary solution. It is a plant-based, vegan product that is extracted directly from microalgae. These algae are the original source of the omega-3 fatty acids that fish absorb through the food chain. Algae oil therefore offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to fish oil.
