Ingredients:

26 % ALMONDS
Almonds have a high nutrient content and are rich in vitamin E, manganese and magnesium. They also contain copper, phosphorus, niacin, fiber and antioxidants.
Not only are they more nutritious than other nuts, they also provide a variety of beneficial ingredients such as healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Almonds contain natural sugars.

20 % DATES
Dates are rich in iron, fiber, vitamin A and potassium. They also contain other important minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and zinc and are one of the healthiest foods of all. Dates have a high soluble fiber content, which plays a crucial role in promoting healthy bowel movements and the smooth intestinal passage of food. Dates contain
natural sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose. They are therefore ideal as a snack for an instant energy boost.

8 % PUMPKIN SEEDS
Pumpkin seeds are rich in antioxidant phytonutrients, e.g. various phenolic acids and polyphenols such as lignans. They also contain phytosterols, which are considered to be beneficial to health. Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and copper and are recommended by the WHO to cover the corresponding nutrient requirements. They are an excellent source of fiber and protein and provide the body with essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

6 % SESAME
Thanks to its high nutritional content of vitamins, minerals, natural oils and organic compounds of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, copper, zinc, fiber, thiamine, vitamin B6, folic acid, protein and tryptophan, sesame seeds are considered very healthy. Dried whole sesame seeds contain 23 % carbohydrates, including 12 % fiber, 50 % fat and 18 % protein.

6 % QUINOA
Quinoa is an ideal source of protein, it is characterized by a high protein content and is one of the few plant-based foods that contains all nine essential amino acids. It not only provides more protein, but also healthier protein than most other cereals. Quinoa is also rich in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and plant antioxidants called flavonoids.
flavonoids.

5 % CHIASEEDS
Chia seeds are extremely nutritious and an ideal source of energy, which is why they are one of the most popular superfoods in the health community. They are rich in antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins A, B, E and D as well as minerals such as sulfur, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, niacin and thiamine.

5 % INULIN
Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber and occurs naturally in many plants, but is usually extracted from chicory. However, the naturally occurring polysaccharide/fructan is not processed, which is why inulin only has a minimal effect on blood sugar levels.
It promotes the absorption of calcium and possibly also magnesium and at the same time contributes to a healthy bacterial flora in the intestine.
