Place the drops directly under the tongue - or add them to a glass of water. If this is your first time using CleanSlate, start slowly with 1-2 drops morning and evening. Once you feel comfortable, increase to 10 drops twice daily at your discretion. This is very individual and can take time.

Listen to your body. The recommended long-term dosage for adults is: 10 drops, twice daily, morning and evening, preferably on an empty stomach and at bedtime. For children: 1 drop in the morning and 1 drop in the evening. Gradually increase to 2-5 (up to 5 drops from approx. 5 years) drops twice a day for children.
