ROOT Prime is ROOT's free loyalty program for anyone who wants to receive their products regularly through a subscription. You'll enjoy discounts, rewards, and priority service—all without having to sign up separately and at no extra cost.
How does ROOT Prime work?
ROOT Prime is directly linked to the so-called ROOT Prime Subscription (RPS), the manufacturer's subscription model. If you set up a subscription order in the official ROOT manufacturer’s store with automatic shipping every 30 days, your ROOT Prime membership will be automatically activated with the first delivery.
You decide which products you receive on a 30-day cycle. You can adjust, pause, or change your selection at any time through your customer account in the ROOT manufacturer's store.

- Subscribe & Save – 10% off: With every subscription order, you'll receive a permanent 10% discount compared to buying individual items.
- Loyalty Reward Gift Card: After every 4 consecutive subscription deliveries, you'll receive a credit based on your order total—see the table below for details.
- RPS shipping voucher worth $15: Redeemable for up to two additional orders outside your subscription schedule if you need something between two scheduled deliveries (minimum order amount of $65 per order).
- VIP Customer Support: Your inquiry will be given priority if you submit it via the contact form in your RPS account area.
- Free shipping: Starting with your second subscription order and for all subsequent deliveries, shipping is free (minimum order amount of $65).

Important to Know
- The loyalty bonus requires 4 consecutive deliveries at 30-day intervals.
- If a subscription delivery is postponed by more than 30 days or canceled, the count for the loyalty reward starts over with the first delivery.
- A minimum order amount of $65 applies to both the shipping credit and free shipping.
