How can I buy the STR Token if it is not yet listed on exchanges?
As long as the STR token is not publicly listed, access is via vouchers. A voucher is an official activation or allocation mechanism within the Sourceless ecosystem. After purchasing a voucher, the STR tokens are provided or activated according to the respective platform processes.
What does "planned listing on two major exchanges" mean in concrete terms?

Staking means that STR tokens can be technically bound for a term in order to support network functions. There may be variable rewards for this.
